Why are prices not displayed on the website?
SOPHI is a wholesale brand, and prices are provided to verified wholesale buyers upon request. For pricing and availability, please email us at sophia@withsophi.com or text us at (213)326-1800. We will respond as soon as possible.
Where can I purchase SOPHI products?
To place an order directly with us, please contact us by email at sophia@withsophi.com or by text at (213)326-1800. Our collections are also available through our SOPHI store on FashionGo. We expect to be available on Faire in the future.
Who is eligible to place a wholesale order?
Our products are available to qualified retailers and boutique owners. We may request basic business information and a valid resale certificate before processing your first wholesale order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is one pack per style and color. Each pack contains six pieces in the following standard size ratio: 2 Small / 2 Medium / 2 Large Pack quantities and size ratios may vary for certain styles. Please contact us to confirm current availability.
Are your products in stock, or do you accept preorders?
Most products displayed on our website are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Selected upcoming styles may also be offered for preorder. Please contact us at sophia@withsophi.com or (213)326-1800 to confirm pricing, inventory, and estimated availability.
How quickly will my order ship?
In-stock orders are generally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment and order confirmation. Preorder items are usually expected to arrive within 1–2 months, depending on production and transportation schedules. Estimated arrival dates will be provided when your order is placed.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
Domestic orders are generally shipped through UPS. International orders may be shipped through DHL or a freight carrier, depending on the destination, package size, and order volume.
Is shipping included in the product price?
No. Shipping charges are calculated separately based on the shipment's weight, dimensions, destination, and delivery method. The shipping cost will be provided before your order is finalized.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available depending on the destination and order size. Please contact us at sophia@withsophi.com or (213)326-1800 for availability and a shipping estimate.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Because we are a wholesale brand, all sales are final except for defective merchandise or items shipped incorrectly. Claims must be submitted within three calendar days of delivery and must include clear photographs of the merchandise and packaging. Please do not return any merchandise without prior authorization from SOPHI. Approved merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with its original tags and packaging.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at sophia@withsophi.com or (213)326-1800 if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Volume discounts may be available depending on the quantity, styles, and production requirements. Please email sophia@withsophi.com or text (213)326-1800 for a customized quote.
Do you offer custom orders or private-label production?
Yes. Custom orders and private-label production may be available depending on the requested quantity, design specifications, materials, and production capacity. Minimum quantities and lead times may differ from our regular wholesale terms. Please contact us to discuss your project.
Can I see the collection in person?
Yes. SOPHI participates in major apparel markets and trade shows across the United States, including shows in Atlanta, Dallas, and Las Vegas. Please visit the Apparel Shows section of our website for upcoming dates, locations, and booth information.
Are product colors and inventory guaranteed?
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings. Inventory is subject to change and is not guaranteed until your order has been confirmed.
